We are delighted to announce the participation of our Chef, Saverio Gullace, in the “Repair is Fair” event, which brings together numerous entities from the Principality and will take place on November 25th at the Oceanographic Museum, as part of the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR).
In front of an audience primarily composed of students, Chef Gullace will showcase recipes that maximise and diversify dishes made from simple ingredients typically found in their refrigerators, while offering practical tips on reusing leftovers. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainable cuisine, aligned with our dedication to waste reduction and environmental stewardship.
